We welcome donations of good clean quality books from any category. This donation can be from just one book to as many as you have. You are welcome to drop in your donated books when ever you are passing. We can, on agreement, arrange to collect larger amounts of books but in the first instance, please come into the shop in person to organise such a collection.
We also accept music donations, whether that be vinyl records (LP's only), CD's or sheet music. Again if you have a large amount you wish to donate, please call into the shop to arrange collection.
What ever you donate, we would appreciate you completing a Gift Aid form, this enables us to receive tax relief on anything and everything you donate that we sell. In fact this is worth another 28p for every £1 we raise in sales. We have Gift Aid forms at the counter and they take just a few minutes to complete yet this simple form filling helps us raise so much more for the worlds poorest people.
If you are a regular donator and have already completed the Gift Aid form, please remember to fix the tags we gave you to any future donations, either on the bag or box you bring your donations in. Please DO NOT attach Gift Aid stickers directly to books or other items as this can damage them.
